Good evening and HAPPY MONDAY! We are celebrating by sharing a really brilliant wedding with you all, a wedding that really kicked off 2018 with a bang. We were so fortunate to capture both photo and video for the lovely Mimi and Jacob. An old school friend of Liz's, they were best friends for many years (with many more to come) Which made this particular wedding even more special. From start to finish, this day was simply magical.

It was clear for anyone to see, the amount of love, care, detail and effort that had been put into the styling of this special day. Mimi's extremely talented sister was responsible for the majority of the beautiful decorations. The most unique, thoughtful centre pieces. Each table was designed with a different theme, encompassing Mimi and Jacobs personalities, the things they loved. Including a gaming tree, wooly tree (for Mimi's love of knitting) and even a massive, handmade and personalised lego man/woman for each person at the top table! Mimi had even made Jacob's buttonhole herself, with vintage comic book paper.. perfect for our comic loving Groom! All of these precious details, combined with the love surrounding these two matched perfectly to create such a special wedding.

Their gorgeous venue Dodmoor House Wedding Venue in Northamptonshire did an amazing job of hosting, such a lovely location with so many beautiful spots for photos! We even managed to grab the newlyweds in the evening and get some photos underneath their renowned, super pretty firelight tree.

This wedding day was filled to the brim with love, personality, laughter and wonderful people. One of our favourite moments was during one of the readings, Jacobs brother compared our Bride and Grooms love for one and other, to that of his love of pepperoni pizza. This had everyone in fits of giggles. (including us)

Mimi and Jacob, including their friends and family, danced into the night. From tears after the first dance, to the cha cha slide, we loved every minute! We're so honoured to have been chosen to capture this wonderful day.
